This is a delicious and refreshing combination of aromas and flavors of caramel and ripe white fruits in the middle of a medium body that vibrates in acidity, but that also has a juicy density that expands throughout the palate, making your mouth water or maybe bringing thoughts of fried calamari. This chardonnay comes from the Los Árboles area, near the foot of the Andes in the Uco Valley, and it was aged for 10 months in concrete eggs.
