Descorchados
Review Date: 01/2025Miguel Torres buys grapes for this Cordillera from the Talinay Vineyard, about 12 kilometers from the sea in the Limarí Valley, a vineyard on granitic limestone soil that has produced some of the best examples of chardonnay in Chile. This one has the character of the place, the saline tones that those calcareous soils give, but combined with ripe white fruit in a generous, succulent body that is also full of sharp and intense acidity.
