The Moose Valley Vineyard was planted by Don Stephens in 1996 and is still harvested for the D.R. Stephens estate wines. Located in St. Helena, the vineyard is composed of rocky, iron-rich volcanic ash. These well-drained, mineral-rich soils old moisture even in the Napa heat. The combination is ideal for the Moose Valley Stephens Cab.
