Altos Las Hormigas emphasizes minimal intervention and organic practices, aiming to express the natural character of each vineyard site. A strong example of this philosophy is the 2025 Blanco, a blend of 52% Semillón, 28% Chenin Blanc, and 20% Pedro Giménez, sourced from old vines grown in calcareous soils. The 2025 vintage was shaped by unusual weather conditions, including a cold winter and contrasting summer patterns, which led the team to harvest earlier to preserve acidity and freshness. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete without oak, enhancing purity and mineral expression.
