Giuseppe Quintarelli was a family estate in Negrar in the Valpolicella zone of the Veneto, where wines are aged in large casks in the family cellars along the via del Cerè. The Recioto is produced using the appassimento technique, in which grapes are dried on rush mats before pressing.
