Dark cherries, plums, graphite, cinnamon and flowers meld together in the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Don Thomas Vineyard. The round, supple style offers plenty of immediacy. Blackberry jam, grilled herb, violets, mint and a hint of sweet tobacco add the final flourishes of nuance. Overall though, the 2011 appears to be built for near and medium-term drinking. (AG)
