Dark fruited Merlot that offers plenty of spice from the 85% new French oak sourced from a combination of Red Mountain sourcing and Red Mountain fruit. Baking chocolate is balanced by nutmeg and Christmas spice aromatics, followed by ripe blackberries. The palate echoes the savoury herbal notes offering refined elements of fig, tobacco, bay leaf and plenty of spiced blue fruits. (CP)
