2023 Domaine Henri Prudhon St. Aubin 1er Cru "Les Perrieres"

Note: from 25+ year old vines. In the same fashion as the Le Ban, this is quite firmly reduced and in need of a thorough aeration if you're tempted to open a bottle immediately. Otherwise, there is excellent volume to the even more mineral-driven, if not quite as dense or powerful, flavors that are slightly finer, all wrapped in a lingering and ever-so-slightly warm finale. To enjoy young or with 2 to 4 years of bottle aging.
