2023 Domaine Henri Prudhon St. Aubin 1er Cru "Les Castets"

Cool, airy and pretty aromas are comprised by notes of Granny Smith apples, lemon-lime and a range of floral elements. The rich and plush, indeed almost creamy, medium weight flavors possess a highly seductive mouthfeel that contrasts noticeably with the youthfully austere and quite dry finale that is just a bit more structured. Even so, this could easily be enjoyed upon release.
