This Burgundy gem starts out somewhat rich but, this quickly commits itself to flavors of golden and green apple. There are also some lighter stone fruit flavors with baking spices and buttery pastry background notes. There is a lingering finish of citrus. More balanced than the 2023.

The 2024 Château Vitallis St-Véran "A La Côte" turns the complexity up a notch in the Vitallis lineup with delicious notes of baked apple, fresh-from-the-hive honeycomb, and soft touches of brioche and holiday baking spices. A crisp, juicy apple and lemon finish refreshes the palate for the next sip, and the next.
