The 2023 Pinot Noir Hometown is fruit-forward, open-knit and ready to please, but it's in no way a simple wine. Fleshy and rounded, this is a deliciously pure, spice-driven Pinot with plenty of savory, earthy layers beneath the berry-fruited surface. As far as California Pinot Noir goes, you probably can't do much better than this for the price.
