So, for those of you that have those guests who look at your rosé wines and give a little sniff and say they prefer something from Provence, you can take this bottle of your fridge and wave it mockingly in their face before you pour them a glass. This is perfect for people who want a rosé that is a little bit less fruit forward in that lighter and more crisp lean style. It's just great and this is beautiful beautiful wine, the nose is light and ethereal, little touches of watermelon, raspberry candy, and lemon. The palate is just gorgeous with a little bit of fruit here and there, but it's more about texture and acid than anything else. I want to have this with fried chicken, or maybe poached salmon, or even just some nigiri sushi. It's all out banger. Drinking Window: Between now and when you get it cold enough.
