Assiduous are, as I have mentioned before, one of our constant staff favorites. It's because the wine is so legit and the pricing is always more than fair. This has touches of apricot, white flowers, pretty lemon, and just this super light yellow cherry note in the far back along with this super light dried grass note. The palate has green apple, crushed rocks, some flowers, and just this fantastic acidity that makes it super fresh and juicy. I just love this, it's interesting and fresh, and feels like something I want to bring to a dinner just to share this winery with other people. This is a wine that makes me happy.
