Review Date: 01/2025Pale lemon. A much more perfumed bouquet than the Folatières. Then in the mouth the steely backbone which is very Pucelles and extends the finish marvellously. Very high class all the way through, top class crunchy fresh apples embedded in white flesh. Drink from 2028-2034. Tasted Oct 2024.

The Pucelles’ incisive lime peel and pear aromas are accented with notes of saline minerality and smoke. The texture is rich, but there’s enough lively acidity to draw this to an impressively long finish. This is an impressive wine, produced from domain-owned vines.(CC)

All domaine fruit, this displays excellent concentration and shows off a flashy palate of lemon oil, tree blooms, oak spice and crumbly pastry. The acidity feels rounded and the texture is lightly oily, closely hugging the weighty palate core.
