The 2022 Grüner Veltliner Terrassen is made from all the fruit that does not make it into the single-site wines across Huber's vineyards, many of them terraced on limestone, loess and conglomerate soils. Partly machine-harvested, this was made in stainless steel with cultured yeasts. Conference pear, yellow apple and lemon are bold on the nose. The palate is light, fruity and bone-dry, presenting just a touch of Grüner's waxy texture and white pepper. This is slender, fruit-driven and bright. (Bone-dry)(AK)
