Hints of coriander cream and sandalwood add further complexity. It is fresh and light on the palate yet delivers significant impact through acid tension, nuanced by crushed Marcona almonds. Lovely phenolic grip and a saline-acid backbone drive the structure, leading to a lengthy finish of salted crushed stone and almond skin.
