Showing the influence of the time that winemaker Diego Ríos spent in the Mosel Valley working with Riesling, this is a classic, salty, lip-smacking Val do Salnés Albariño that's based on fruit from Cambados and Meaño. Sappy, layered and refreshing, it has some texture from lees-ageing and a tapering finish.
