The nose is now fully expressive and "savory," moving beyond primary fruit to reveal dried rose petals, leather, and black truffle layered over stewed cherries and licorice. On the palate, the once-taut tannins have softened into a silky, polished texture, though the wine maintains the characteristic "Serralunga" muscle. It balances autumnal flavors of forest floor and balsamic with a bright, mineral-driven acidity that provides a long, refined finish.
