The 2025 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is herbaceous, crunchy, concentrated and chalky, with layers of saline acidity and gently tropical fruit alongside. This has a richness that it carries without weight and shows an attractive spice and minerality to close. This is very good, as are all the wines at Auntsfield estate.
