2019 Phillipe Foreau Vouvray Brut Methode Traditionelle

Philippe Foreau is the third-generation proprietor of Domaine du Clos Naudin, a family-run Vouvray estate established in 1923. This 2019 Brut is made from Chenin Blanc using the méthode traditionnelle, in which the wine’s secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle—the same foundational sparkling-wine process used in Champagne.
