Formerly labeled as a Taurasi Riserva, Tecce now bottles it as "Campania Aglianico" to maintain his artisanal independence. The nose is dark and "umbilical," exploding with black plums, wild cherry, and violets layered over complex notes of asphalt, tobacco, and dried thyme. On the palate, it is a "rural masterpiece"—powerful and enveloping, balancing a dense, fleshy fruit core with the variety's signature searing acidity and "esuberante" (exuberant) tannins.
