The 2025 Frank Cornelissen "Susucaru" Rosso is a high-energy, "electric" red from the volcanic soils of Etna. The nose is vibrant with wild raspberry, blood orange, and smoky ash. On the palate, it is light-bodied and incredibly fluid, balancing crunchy red fruit with zesty acidity and fine, grippy tannins. Unfined and unfiltered, it is best enjoyed with a slight chill to highlight its salty, mineral freshness.
