The 2023 Chasselas Estate is wonderfully fresh and builds in the glass with a cascade of wildflowers, savory herbs, wet stones and subtle spice. It is distinctly savory in style, with a salty thrust up front that complicates its tart orchard fruits. Thoroughly refreshing on the finish. (EG)
