Distilled from estate-grown sugarcane juice using long, controlled fermentations and traditional copper pot still distillation, this blend of casks #041 and #023 is aged in regenerated French oak ex-wine barrels and bottled at a robust 58.2% ABV. Limited to just 475 bottles, it represents a broader, more composed take on the house style. The nose is vibrant and layered, combining lemon blossom, black tea, raspberry caramel, iodine, and toasted cocoa. The palate leans into darker fruit, with raspberry jam, candied orange peel, dark chocolate, and licorice balanced by a dry, clean structure. The finish is medium length with balsamic notes and citrus peel, while the empty glass reveals a return of tea, floral tones, and subtle maritime nuance. A beautifully integrated rum that shows both precision and breadth.
