The nose makes it instantly clear that this could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its combination of cool and airy green apple, iodine, quinine and shellfish nuances trimmed in citrus zest. The rich, dense and very punchy medium weight flavors possess a highly attractive texture before culminating in an overtly stony and beautifully long finale.
