The wine is pure, precise and stunning in its potential, with its aromatic constellation wafting from the glass in a beautiful blend of apple, pear, fresh lime, a fine base of limestone minerality, apple blossoms, vanillin oak and a topnote of fresh almond. On the palate the wine is crisp, complex, precise and very deep at the core, with a full-bodied format completely defined by its underlying minerality.
