Note: this is rarely declared on its own as it typically makes up part of the blend of the Gevrey 1er cuvée; 66% whole cluster. An ultra-fresh, cool and attractively airy nose reflects mostly aromas of just crushed red berries and a plenitude of floral wisps. There is excellent intensity to the appealingly textured medium-bodied and tautly muscular flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the youthfully austere and firmer finale.
