From vines planted in 1985 on thier own roots. Growing in ancient marine sedimentary soils, this is a powerfully mineral driven wine. A co-fermentation of 83% Pinot Blanc, 15% Pinot Gris, 2% Auxerrois. Aged in entirely neutral oak.
