Intense and redolent of salty sea breezes, it’s full of energy and vertical in profile, exuding ripe flavours of apple, citrus zest, lime juice, melon and apricot. Do it full justice with a platter of seafood. (JB)

Marisa Cuomo "Furore Bianco" Costa d'Amalfi is a fresh, mineral-driven white wine made from a blend of Falanghina and Biancolella, indigenous grapes of the Amalfi Coast. Grown on terraced vineyards overlooking the sea, this wine reflects its coastal origins with bright aromas of citrus, green apple, and herbs, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp with refreshing acidity and a lingering saline finish, making it an excellent pairing for seafood, fish, and light Mediterranean dishes.
