Review Date: 10/2025Note: from yields of only 6.5 hl/ha in 2024. Ripe and fresh aromas are comprised by notes of white peach, acacia blossom, citrus confit and mineral reduction. The super-sleek and almost painfully intense medium weight flavors possess a sensational mouthfeel before culminating in a powerful and hugely long finish. This is a seriously good wine and recommended without reservation though I take care to underscore that it's completely atypical for Les Lys. With that said, if you can find it, buy it.*Burghound Sweet Spot Outstanding!*

Dynamic with high-toned fruit and an expressive palate, there are only three barrels—amounting to 6 hl/ha—from an entire hectare. So, don’t miss it if you find it, especially as Didier Séguier thought that he might not bottle it on its own given the miniscule yields. Spring florals, gently ripe citrus and freshly baked baguette give this intriguing depth of flavor.

There are just two barrels of the 2024 Chablis Les Lys 1er Cru this vintage. It is light and airy on the finely delineated nose, with fragrant apple blossom and citrus peel aromas emerging from the glass. The palate is crisp, linear and quite tensile in style. It's maybe a bit conservative, but with satisfying persistence. The 2024 is brisk and lively.(NM)

Just three barrels made from one hectare. Pale in colour, with very little nose, a bit of soft white fruit. Seems innocuous at first but then much more concentration of pure white fruit with a little lemony note right at the finish. Drink from 2028-2031. Tasted Jul 2025.
