Note: from a 2.2 ha parcel at the bottom section of the vineyard; even so, the vineyard is so steep here that it must be worked entirely by hand as tractors would be dangerous to use; from yields of only 9.5 hl/ha in 2024. Classic Chablis nuances of iodine, quinine, mineral reduction, oyster shell and lemon-lime add impressive breadth to the mostly white orchard fruit scents. Once again the palate impression of the super-sleek and intense large-scaled flavors is borderline thick while displaying superb power and drive on the youthfully austere and beautifully balanced finale. This is breathtakingly good.*Burghound Don't Miss!*

This is always a special bottling from William Fèvre. In 2024 it is superb, with a sunny, bright lemon peel and nectarine fruit character, hints of saline minerality and fresh white flowers. The texture is elegantly ripe but exquisitely balanced and marvellously long on the palate. The grapes are from the thin soils of the steep edge of the Bougros climat with the river at the base. Fèvre owns 2ha here, making it the largest owner. Tragically, only four barrels were produced from this expanse in 2024.(CC)

An unbelievably small two hectolitres came from the domaine’s 2.20 ha. This year its power feels more reserved, but the flavor complexity is just as beguiling with citrus peels, spring blooms, celery and fleur de sel. There is a firm backbone of acidity and a lightly tense finish which point to this wine's promising, yet again, excellent age-worthiness.

6 hl/ha. A pure and glowing lemon yellow. The precision of the bouquet is impressive, with a slight marine reduction. Fine boned yet with backbone. There is significant energy behind, this has absolutely retained the style of the vineyard, less intense than some years but exceptionally fine. Drink from 2029-2035. Tasted Jul 2025.
