Organically-produced wine from 50-80 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines. Generations of the Mardon family have been farming the estate 50 miles outside of Sancerre since the early 19th century, and their wines are often characterized as the most complex within the village of Quincy, rivalling it's more famous neighbor.
