Note: from 40+ year old vines planted in a .35 ha parcel with only 30 to 40 cm of topsoil. Cool, pure and airy aromas are comprised by notes of pretty white flower, the essence of apple, mineral reduction and a whiff of spiced lemon tea. The mouthfeel of the middle weight flavors is even sleeker, though not denser, with excellent volume to the stony, youthfully austere and strikingly long finale. This classy effort is really quite promising though I would underscore that it's sufficiently compact as to not make for the best candidate to open young.*Burghound Sweet Spot Outstanding!*
