Cadenhead’s, renowned as Scotland’s oldest independent bottler founded in 1842, selects single casks for bottling with no chill filtration and no added colouring to preserve the authentic spirit character. The Chairman’s Stock range highlights exceptional casks from the late Chairman Hedley G Wright’s private stash, released in small batches to maintain scarcity and quality. The whisky opens with saline coastal notes and savory layers of oregano and tomato paste on the nose, followed by earthy smoke and a hint of raw sugarcane.
