A well-structured, barely medium-bodied dry riesling with plenty of citrus and floral aromas. A touch of tannin neatly interlocks with the saline minerality. Generous, juicy and straight finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now.

Creamed mandarin orange and passion fruit notes are smoky and salty in this white, with intense, savory drive behind its supple, open-knit profile. Cool river stone minerality keeps the finish clean and mouthwatering, inviting another sip. Drink now through 2033.—K.B.

Email AaronI love when we do these all white wine tastings, they never seem to tire the palate the way a lot of heavy reds can do, though, also it's light and higher acid whites so maybe that's what's refreshing everything. Anyhow, this is great, it's just really pretty from the outset with a little touch of petrol and a little touch of honey, but then really pretty orchard fruit, the palate is quite dry but probably not completely dry there's a little bit of roundness on it despite the higher acidity. It's really delicious with this honeyed quality that pushes through the whole thing, and while it's not sweet at all it really makes the fruit pop just a bit more. This is absolutely delicious and well structured, with a little bit of a savory point in the mid palate that will help this pair even better than most Rieslings, which are already fairly easy to pair.
