The 2024 Cenatiempo Ischia Bianco is a soulful and "oceanic" white wine from the volcanic slopes of the island of Ischia. A traditional blend of Biancolella and Forastera (along with small amounts of other native varieties), it is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and cement. The nose is aromatic and "sun-drenched," offering scents of lemon zest, white peach, and jasmine intertwined with notes of Mediterranean herbs and wild broom.
