"Geoffrey de Nouel is part of a new generation of Loire vignerons focused on site expression and organic farming. After internships in Burgundy beginning in 2011, he adopted a Burgundian parcel-by-parcel mindset when he launched his own project in the Loire. In 2016, he took over the Ligeard family vineyards in Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, restructuring the holdings into distinct lieux-dits vinified separately. His ten hectares span sites such as Bois Bonnard, Clos de la Peuvrie, Les Pesneaux, and Vignes des Archambaults, all certified organic.
