Pop rocks meet purple plums in this electric Dolcetto that refuses to sit still. The 2024 Dolcetto d'Alba is a super-classic wine. Blue/purplish fruit, lavender, game, mint and licorice give the 2024 a decidedly old-school profile to match its light to medium-bodied frame. This understated Dolcetto is a delight. In 2024, Vajra did not bottle their top Dolcetto, Coste & Fossati, as some parcels were damaged by hail. (AG)
