The 2020 Blanc de Noirs Les Ursules is classy, elegant and supremely polished. Sweet floral and spice notes open first, followed by a burst of red-toned Pinot fruit. Rose petal, cinnamon, dried cherry, mint and orange peel develop, filling out the layers in style. Readers will have a hard time keeping their hands off of this. No dosage. Disgorged: April 2024. (AG)
