Effusive lemon and flower aromas make this light- to medium-bodied sparkling wine very attractive. Not bone dry but beautifully balanced, with abundant and expressive white tree and citrus aromas. Wonderfully animating mousse and elegant apple acidity. All from the limestone White Springs Vineyard site.

Well crafted Riesling—but with fizz—what joy! Heady, hard-to-stop-smelling aromas of honeyed orchard fruits, lemon thyme and hibiscus flower culminate what could be the next great popsicle flavor.
