The 2023 Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley) is a very pretty wine. Effusive aromatics meld into a core of red/purplish fruit, spice, new leather, blood orange and tobacco. Medium in body, layered and resonant, the Anderson Valley Pinot is charming and full of character. There's a lot to like, starting with the wine's early appeal. (AG)
