Nerantzi is one of the last repositories of the heirloom grape variety known as Asprouda of Serres. Vigneron Eva Mitropoulos works with this near extinct varietal creating one of the most fascinating and engaging whites in Macedonia. A small amount of barrel aging compliments the lightly pithy citrus notes of the variety. Beautiful stuff!
