The 2022 Monthélie Rouge has a lifted, well-defined bouquet with cranberry and wild strawberry, quite ripe and fleshy without being overbearing. Just generous. The palate is medium-bodied with filigree tannins. It’s extremely elegant with piquant red fruit and a little spice on the finish. What a superb Monthélie from Anne Morey. (NM)
