The 2018 Gran Vino Tinto Unánime is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with 25% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc from San Carlos, Uco Valley and was aged for 20 months. A purplish red in the glass, the nose offers notes of quince, candied redcurrant and blackcurrant with aromas from the aging process such as orange petit fours. Broad and juicy with refined tannins, good volume and tangible freshness, it ends with a bold finish. (JH)
