Auténtico sees no wood at all and is something of a homage to Colomé’s previous owner, Raúl Dávalos Senior, who hated oak-aged wines. Sappy and refreshing, it’s a bright, energetic, concrete-fermented style with wild thyme, plum, bramble and red berry flavours and a frame of savoury tannins.

Descorchados
The aromas and flavors of this malbec are deep and ripe, with some notes of jam and tones of sweet spices. The palate is succulent, with notes of sweet black fruits. A big wine that fills the whole mouth with that sensation of opulence. Auténtico is a selection of vineyards that Colomé has around its winery in the Colomé area, about 2,300 meters above sea level. No barrel aging, just stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs for 10 months.
