A textural, succulent and layered blend of 80% serine and 20% viognier with aromas of red cherries, warm spices, cured meat and a touch of kirsch. Medium-bodied with creamy tannins. Very thin texture, silky and all in balance. Crunchy, fleshy and floral with a vivid, lingering finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. (SP)
