From the iconic Tua Rita estate in Suvereto, the 2022 “Perlato del Bosco” is a vibrant and beautifully textured expression of Vermentino. The nose is bright and expressive, with notes of lemon zest, white peach, and grapefruit, layered with hints of wild sage, almond blossom, and a distinct sea-spray salinity. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied and richly textural, with a savory depth that is perfectly balanced by a clean, zesty acidity. The finish is long, persistent, and intensely mineral. A superb, gastronomic coastal white.
