2024 Pheasant's Tears "Bodbiskhevi" Rkatsiteli Kakheti Georgia (Natural Wine)

This unusual expression of Rkatsiteli has no skin contact. These are 45 year old vines from north facing slopes planted over sandstone. The vines are planted near the village of Bodbiskhevi. The grapes are harvested and then direct pressed into stainless steel preserving the delicate nature of the Rkatsiteli. As the winery states: "think bright pear and stone fruit!" *Natural Wine*
