2024 Mas de Libian "Cave Vinum" Vin de France Blanc

This small, family-run estate in the Côtes du Rhône appellation enjoys much the same terroir that prevails in Châteauneuf-du-Pape with slightly warmer climatic conditions. The Thibon family has owned the property for 300 years, but it wasn't until 1970 when Jean-Pierre Thibon built a winery and set the property on its current course. The Cave Vinum is a white blend of Viognier, Roussanne, and Clairette made from the estate's north facing sites, endowing the wine with a cool edge in an otherwise hot landscape. It's a lovely blend for aperitifs or for light, seafood dishes. *Biodynamic*
