It's shining brightly as a serious, standalone variety in this fabulous bottling by Fabien Coche, who comes from four generations of winemaking. The no-brainer here is the fact that this is all Aligote planted in Meursault territory. It puts on a dazzling show of expression and vibrance in the glass with ripe pomace fruit, honeyed apricot and impeccable tension and weight that can extend beyond aperitif hour.
